Meet Our Coaches
Alison Kampmann
Coach Alison is the co-owner of Trinity Volleyball. She was a D2 Middle Blocker at Saint Leo University where she led her team to their best finish in 20 years as a Senior. She was named to the Sunshine State All Conference First Team as a senior and 2nd team as a junior. In high school, she was a 4-year varsity letter winner at Hudson High where she made two appearances at the Final Four. She was named to the All-State First Team, was awarded the Sunshine Athletic Conference Player of the Year, and the Pasco County Overall Athlete of the Year. As a senior, she broke her own school records for blocks and kills in a season. Alison coaches the 14 Blaze team. When she’s not coaching, you can find her riding her horse or hanging out with her twin daughters.

Alex Kampmann
Coach Alex is the co-owner of Trinity Volleyball and an accomplished athlete in both team and individual sports. In high school, he was ranked in the top 3 tennis doubles in the state of Connecticut, was the Silver medalist in the State Golf championship, and played soccer and hockey. He’s the graduate of The David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Bradenton (now IMG). He’s passionate about game theory and strategy and applies those to coaching. He believes in the power of youth sports to shape lives and because of that feels strongly that its an important part of our community. Alex coaches the 14 Blaze team and manages the business operations of the club.

Maggie Kallergis
Coach Maggie has been a part of Trinity Volleyball since she was 13 years old, playing on the clubs top travel teams. After graduation, she immediately began coaching both at Trinity and assisting at Gulf High and then Anclote High. She has coached athletes of all skill levels from the ages 6-18 years old loves to see her players develop the passion and drive for the game that she has. Currently, Coach Maggie serves as the club’s Assistant Director and head coach of the 15 Inferno team.

Tommy Williard
Coach Tommy has more than 12 years of coaching experience for both high school and club. He’s currently the head coach of River Ridge High School and Trinity’s highest level team – 18 Phoenix. He was a star 4 year varsity setter/libero at Cotegio Franklin D Roosevelt HS in Peru and played D1 collegiate rugby at USF. After college, he continued high level rugby including playing for the Semi-Professional Tampa Mayhem team. Coach Tommy is AOC Level 1 Head Coach and Level 1 Setting Coach certified. Previously, Tommy was the head coach at Anclote High, Gulf High and Ridgewood High.

Lydia Kallergis
Coach Lydia is entering her 4th year as a coach with Trinity and 2nd year as the JV coach at River Ridge High and before that assisted for 2 years at Anclote High. Prior to coaching, she was a standout multi-sport athlete and setter at Gulf High. She coaches the 16 Inferno & 16 Fire teams. Currently she is finishing her degree in Elementary Education and she has a passion for art and digital creative design.

Cora Burnett
Coach Cora has been a part of Trinity Volleyball since 2016. First as a player and now as a coach since 2022. She is currently the co-captain and setter for the Trinity College volleyball team. For club, she coaches the 11U Fire and 13 Blaze teams and oversees the Kids Academy program. She’s majoring in Elementary Education and when she’s not studying or coaching or playing volleyball, she’s hanging out with her dog Major and friends and family.

Katie Nemetz
Coach Katie has been a part of Trinity Volleyball Club since 2020, first as a player on our highest level teams, and since 2022 as a coach. Katie has coached club teams, camps, clinics, and Kids Academy, and currently coaches the Spark League Purple and Navy teams as well as the 12U Fire team. Katie is passionate about helping young ladies reach their full potential through hard work and positive encouragement and looks forward to doing the same for future young athletes!

Celia Young
Coach Celia has been with Trinity Volleyball since 2023. She has played for 7 years and is currently a collegiate player at Trinity College of Florida. Her coaching philosophy is to be encouraging at all times and believes that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard! She played club at Hurricane Volleyball Academy and currently coaches at Kids Academy and our Spark Grey team and the 10U Fire team. Celia loves working with younger players to help them develop correct fundamental skills while having fun!

Angel Bowman
Coach Angel has been playing volleyball since she was 8 years old. She has been with Trinity since 2023 and has coached Spark teams, Kids Academy, camps, and clinics. She is currently a member of the Trinity College of Florida volleyball team where she plays setter and right side.

Marysa Connors
Coach Marysa is a recent graduate from Saint Leo University, with a degree in Business Management, where she played Libero/DS. Prior to college, she played for 6 years at Trinity and for Mitchell High where she holds the record for digs in a season. She was named to the 1st Team All Conference in and led all players in the Tampa Bay area for season digs in with 424 as a senior. Coach Marysa is coaching clinics, camps, and lessons this summer and is assisting the 13 Fire National team before she continues her collegiate career at Southeastern University, while pursuing an MBA. She has also coached with Steel, Mitchell High School, and RADD.

Neal Deuser
Coach Neal started playing volleyball for 2nd City Volleyball Club in Chicago. He played at Richards High in Oak Lawn, IL where they were undefeated (41-0) in the first official boys high school season, and he was inducted into the IHSA Hall of fame in 2010. While serving in the Marines, coach Neal played on the All Marine volleyball team. After leaving the Marine Corps, he continued to play at the US Men’s Open division for two years and then began coaching. He has 10 years of coaching girls club teams at all ages and levels with at Sky High Volleyball Club and Fusion VBC.

Chrissy Brando
Coach Chrissy was a standout athlete at Ridgewood High School and then went on to play softball, basketball, and volleyball at Saint Leo University, where she graduated with her BS in Sports Management and Independent Study in Sports Medicine. While there she also started work on her Masters in Educational Leadership and then worked as an athletic trainer after graduation. Since then, she has taught PE and coached volleyball at River Ridge High and is now the Athletic Director, volleyball, and basketball coach at River Ridge Middle School. Coach Chrissy is the coach of our 14 Fire team.
Steve Mahon
Coach Steve began his volleyball career while serving our country in the United States Marin Corps. Throughout his career, he served as a player-coach winning several championships throughout the world and playing on the All Marine team. He played until his Honorable retirement as Master Gunnery Sergeant in 2005. He currently coaches at Hernando High and still competes in the Florida Senior Games. Prior to Trinity, he coached for No Name, OTVA, West Pasco Wolf Pack, and Komodo VBC.

Mark Mouzone
Strength & Agility Coach
Coach Mark holds certificates in strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and corrective exercise. He is a travel basketball coach, the Assistant Director of Basketball Operations Court Supremacy University, former high school volleyball coach, owner of Mouzone Training, and a volleyball Dad! He is also a former educator, having worked both in the classroom and as an in-home behavioral analyst and consultant.
Coach Mark believes in a holistic approach to athletic development, focusing not only on physical conditioning but also on injury prevention and mental resilience. His training programs are tailored to the unique demands of volleyball, emphasizing agility, explosive power, endurance, and flexibility.
