Alison Kampmann
Coach Alison is the co-owner of Trinity Volleyball. She was a Division 2 Middle Blocker at Saint Leo University. She was named to the Sunshine State Conference 1st Team as a senior and 2nd team as a junior, was ranked nationally for blocks, and earned many all-tournament honors. In high school, she was a 4-year varsity letter winner at Hudson High where she made two appearances at the Final Four. She was named to the All-State First Team, was awarded the Sunshine Athletic Conference Player of the Year, and the Pasco County Overall Athlete of the Year. As a senior, she broke her own school records for blocks and kills in a season. This past season Alison coached Trinity’s 17 Inferno and 11 Blaze teams and at Fivay High School. When she’s not coaching or managing the club’s marketing and developmental programs, you can find her riding her horse or hanging out with her twin daughters.

Alex Kampmann
Coach Alex is the co-owner of Trinity Volleyball and an accomplished athlete in both team and individual sports. In high school, he was ranked in the top 3 tennis doubles in the state of Connecticut, was the Silver medalist in the State Golf championship, and played soccer and hockey. He’s the graduate of The David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Bradenton (now IMG). He’s passionate about game theory and strategy and applies those to coaching. He believes in the power of youth sports to shape lives and because of that feels strongly that its an important part of our community. Alex coaches Trinity’s 13 Blaze and 15 Fire teams.

Cora Burnett
Coach Cora has been a part of Trinity Volleyball since 2016. First as a player, then as a coach, now as our Program Manager. Cora was the co-captain and setter for the Trinity College volleyball team and now coaches our 14 Inferno and 12 Blaze teams. She is also the Head Coach at Anclote High School. In her spare time you’ll find her hanging out with her dog Major and friends and family.

Marysa Connors
Coach Marysa is a Trinity Volleyball alum. She was a standout Libero at Mitchell High School, where she set the current school record for digs in a season and earned multiple local and regional honors. She continued her playing career as Libero at Saint Leo University, competing for four years and earning the Iron Lion Award in her senior year. Marysa has an MBA in Health Administration from Southeastern University, where she earned 1st team All Conference honors and led the team to a 2nd place conference finish. During her final year, she received defensive player of the week for the Sun Conference twice and was 1st team All-Conference for the second year in a row. Coach Marysa spent a total of 6 years playing as a college libero.
She currently coaches at Mitchell High School, and has coached club teams at various ages for 352 Elite, Steel Volleyball Club, RADD Sports, and Trinity Volleyball. Last season Marysa coached Trinity’s 15 -1’s team. You will also find her coaching at the University of Tampa and UF Libero camps.
Marysa is also well versed in the volleyball college recruiting process. She emphasises educating athletes with the modern best practices to get noticed and connected.

Emily Frazer
Head Coach & Recruiting Coordinator
Coach Emily is a former Division I middle blocker and currently serves as the Land O Lakes High head coach. Prior to coaching at the High School and club level, she served as an assistant coach at Notre Dame College (’14–’15) and Chestnut Hill College (’13). Her collegiate coaching journey began as an intern assistant coach at Penn State University during their 2012–2013 NCAA National Championship season.
As a player, Emily was an accomplished middle blocker at Temple University, where she set records for blocks and aces in a season. In high school, she surpassed the 1,000-career kill milestone, set school records in blocks, and earned numerous honors, including All-Sentinel Player of the Year, PA Keystone Player of the Year, PA State Volleyball MVP, and a Gatorade Player of the Year nominee. She also competed on the Junior Olympic circuit with Team Revolution and Yorktowne.
Emily is highly knowledgeable in the college recruiting process and has helped numerous student-athletes earn opportunities to compete collegiately across NCAA, NAIA, and junior college programs. Through her extensive coaching network, individualized guidance, and understanding of the evolving landscape, she is committed to helping athletes and families confidently navigate the recruiting journey.
With an extensive background in playing, coaching, recruiting, and athlete development, Coach Frazer is dedicated to helping every athlete reach their full potential. She believes in creating a positive, competitive environment that emphasizes skill development, confidence, leadership, and a lifelong love for the game.

Tajma Muharemovic
Coach Tajma has been a member of the Denmark’s Women’s National team since 2023 and currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Saint Leo University. Additionally, shas played professionally and collegiately in both beach and indoor.
Originally from Denmark, Tajma comes from a family with a rich volleyball tradition, and the sport has been a central part of her life since childhood. Over the past 18 years, she has developed into an accomplished setter, competing at both the national and international levels.
Tajma began her professional career with Brøndby Volleyball Club, earning a spot on the club’s professional team at just 15 years old. During her time there, she helped her team capture multiple Danish and international championships while establishing herself as one of Denmark’s top young athletes.
From 2022 through 2026, Tajma continued her volleyball career in the United States as a member of the Saint Leo University volleyball program, competing in both indoor and beach volleyball. Throughout her playing career, she has proudly represented Denmark at every youth national team level, competed in two European Championships, and has been a member of the Danish Women’s National Team since 2023.
After graduation, Tajma returned to Saint Leo as a Graduate Assistant while pursuing her MBA. At Trinity, she will serve on the 16 Phoenix and 16 Inferno coaching staff.

Celia Young
Coach Celia has been with Trinity Volleyball since 2023. She has played for 7 years and is currently a collegiate player at Trinity College of Florida. Her coaching philosophy is to be encouraging at all times and believes that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard! She played club at Hurricane Volleyball Academy. She coaches the 17 Blaze teams, as well as at Kids Academy and the Spark League. Celia loves working with players to help them develop correct fundamental skills while having fun!

Ava Connors
A Trinity Volleyball alum, Ava recently completed her junior season as a setter at Southeastern University. In high school, she played at Mitchell High as a setter and right side, earning First Team All-Conference honors in both 2021 and 2022. She was a four-year varsity athlete and ranks third all-time in career assists. During her junior and senior seasons, Mitchell posted a combined 43–7 record, winning Districts and finishing as Regional Final Runner-Up. In club play, Ava helped her team qualify for the USAV Junior National Championships.
Coach Ava has previously been an Assistant Coach at Southeastern University and Mitchell High School. This past club season, she coached the 13 Blaze team. and Ava has a degree in Marketing with a minor in Graphic Design.

Angel Bowman
Coach Angel has been playing volleyball since she was 8 years old. She has been with Trinity since 2023 and has coached Spark teams, Kids Academy, camps, and clinics. She is currently a member of the Trinity College of Florida volleyball team where she plays setter and right side.

Curt Arnold
Coach Curt Arnold has a deep passion for volleyball and teaching the next generation of players to love the game. Growing up, he played competitive boys volleyball, where he excelled as a setter. Although he wishes there had been a libero position back then, Coach Curt’s experience as a setter gives him a unique perspective on the game. He’s coached 11U and 12U volleyball in Madison, Wisconsin, and is excited to coach for the Spark League, a club team, and at Kids Academy. Coach Curt’s focus is on developing strong, confident players who not only understand the game but also enjoy every aspect of it. His goal is to help young athletes discover their love for volleyball, build their skills, and grow as teammates. When he’s not on the court, Coach Curt loves spending time traveling with his family and cheering on his Wisconsin Badgers Volleyball team!

Chrissy Brando
Coach Chrissy was a standout athlete at Ridgewood High School and then went on to play softball, basketball, and volleyball at Saint Leo University, where she graduated with her BS in Sports Management and Independent Study in Sports Medicine. While there she also started work on her Masters in Educational Leadership and then worked as an athletic trainer after graduation. Since then, she has taught PE and coached volleyball at River Ridge High and is now the Athletic Director at River Ridge Middle, and JV Coach at River Ridge High.

Markque Mouzone
Strength and Agility Coach & Head Coach
Coach Markque is a trainer turned coach. His has coached Varsity at Anclote High, as well as competitive basketball. He is currently the JV Coach at Fivay High School. He holds certification in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and stretch mobility therapies. He likes to bring a strong defensive presence to the volleyball court and has a commitment to aggressive play and correct fundamentals. In addition to training and coaching, he a former educator, having worked both in the classroom and as an in-home behavioral analyst and consultant. He believes that the best way to be competitive is to encourage players to workout on and off the court. His season goal is to get his players 1% better every time they step foot in the gym.

Makayla Way
Makayla Way began her volleyball career at Trinity and went on to compete at the Division II level as a middle blocker at Truman State University. During the 2025 season, she ranked among the Great Lakes Valley Conference leaders in both blocks and hitting percentage and earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Gorilla Classic. She recently completed her senior year at Truman State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training and a minor in Psychology.
In high school, Makayla attended Fivay High School, where she graduated as salutatorian. As a member of the Fivay Falcons, she was named First Team All-Conference for three seasons (2019, 2020, and 2022) and earned 2020 West Conference Player of the Year honors. She remains the school record holder for blocks in a season, kills in a season, and career kills.

Danielle O’Keefe
Coach Danielle was a standout middle blocker at Fivay High School where she led her team to two District Championships and the Elite 8. She played club for Pasco Hernando Volleyball Club and is currently the Head Coach at Fivay High School (since 2023). Her coaching philosophy focuses on teaching strong fundamentals while helping players grow, build confidence, and thrive in a positive, competitive environment.
Coach Danielle is the head coach for 13 Blaze and 11 Fire, and you’ll find her at camps, clinics, Kids Academy, the Spark League, and is available for private lessons. When she’s not coaching volleyball, you’ll find her on the golf course or hanging out with her dachshund Roscoe!

Adriana Middleton
Adriana, or “Coach A” began playing volleyball in 5th grade. She went on to play at University of the Cumberlands and then Wilmington College in Ohio as a DS and serving specialist. She ranked among the top servers in her conference in aces. She’s been coaching for 6 years in both club and high school, currently serving as the Head Coach for Crystal River High School. She has her Masters in History and plans to transition to teaching soon.

Cayla Heckroth
Coach Cayla Heckroth is in her fifth season of coaching club volleyball. She previously spent the last four seasons coaching at OVA and brings a strong playing background along with a passion for developing young athletes.
A Trinity Volleyball Alum, Coach Cayla was a four-year varsity letter winner at Mitchell High School and then went on to play on UCF’s Indoor Club Team. In High school she was named to the First Team All-Conference as a Senior and Second Team as a Junior and Sophomore. And she was named the State Farm Player of the Month in October 2020.
Coach Cayla is passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the court. She believes in creating an environment where players are challenged to compete at a high level while building confidence, character, and a love for the game.

Shannon Samon
With over two decades of competitive volleyball experience, Coach Shannon knows what it takes to perform at the highest levels. Shannon played for Northeast High School, where she was the first freshman in school history to start on the Varsity squad. A natural leader, she was named team captain and MVP during her junior and senior years, earning PCAC All-Conference honors and a spot on the 2004 Pinellas County All-Star Team.
She went on to play collegiately at Warner University (2004–2008), dominating the Sun Conference leaderboard in serving, setting, and later, digging. When a major shoulder injury forced her to transition from setter to libero, she excelled, earning the Florida Sun Conference “Most Inspirational Award” in 2006 and serving as team captain her senior year. Off the court, she was equally dedicated, earning Academic All-Conference honors throughout her college career.
As a coach, Shannon combines her deep elite-level knowledge of both offense (setting) and defense (libero) to develop well-rounded, resilient athletes. She understands the mental and physical grit required to win, lead, and overcome injury. When she isn’t coaching, Shannon is a proud sports mom cheering on her two kids from the sidelines or enjoying a relaxing day out on the boat with her family.

Maddi Way
Coach Maddi Way is a former standout outside hitter who brings a strong playing background and a passion for helping young athletes grow to the Trinity Volleyball Club coaching staff.
Maddi played volleyball for 8 years; for River Ridge High School and with Ocala Power on their top teams. During her high school career, she was named All-Conference all four years, earning First Team honors her final three seasons. She served as her school’s team captain for her final three years and helped lead River Ridge to the Sweet 16 as a senior. Her senior season also included being selected to the FACA All-State All-Star Team and the PHSC All-Star Team.
Coach Maddi has been coaching young athletes for more than two years and is currently studying Elementary Education, combining her love of volleyball with her passion for working with children. She enjoys helping athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and become better teammates both on and off the court.
When she’s not coaching or studying, Maddi loves traveling and spending time at the beach or on the boat with her two sisters and parents.

Gina Staville
Coach Gina is a Junior Middle Blocker/Right Side at Saint Leo University. She played for Tropics Volleyball Club where she received the 2022 AAU All-Star Award and in High School was named Captain and earned the Coaches award.

Rose Kailahi
Coach Rose is a Junior Middle Blocker/Right Side at Saint Leo University. In High School, she was named to the AVCA All-American watchlist, All-District 2nd Team, and received Offensive Player of the Year honors.

Emma LeTourneau
Coach Emma is a Junior Middle Blocker/Right Side at Saint Leo University. She played for Wesley Chapel High School and was a Three-Time Team All-Conference selection, named team MVP, and Offensive Player of the Year.
